Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing and using the Tideback Squash Academy training platform, you agree to be fully bound by all the terms and conditions listed here. We provide comprehensive training programs covering player development, athletic performance, and specialised squash coaching. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. The Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
User Obligations
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any behaviour that misuses or harms the integrity of the service. The user bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and password. We are not responsible for any unauthorised access to your account. You must comply with all instructions relating to the use of squash training programs and educational materials provided through Tideback Squash Academy.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, training programs, videos, and images available on our platform are protected by intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, distributed, or published without the express permission of Tideback Squash Academy. The Academy owns all rights relating to squash training content, curricula, and educational materials. Users are permitted to access content for personal use only. Any commercial use or distribution of content constitutes an intellectual property violation and is subject to legal penalties.
Limitation of Liability
We provide our services on an "as is" basis without any warranties or representations. Tideback Squash Academy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee that squash training programs will achieve the desired results for every user, as results depend on the trainee's commitment and individual factors. The Academy is not responsible for injuries or health damage resulting from following squash training programs. It is recommended to consult a medical professional before starting any new training program.
Termination of Service
Tideback Squash Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate any of the terms and conditions. You may cancel your account at any time by sending a request to our support team at info@tidebacksquash.space or by calling +20 2 2765 8901. Upon termination, you lose access to all content and squash training programs available on the platform. No fees paid will be refunded in the event of termination by the user. Some terms and conditions may continue to apply after termination, including intellectual property rights and confidentiality obligations.
General Provisions
The laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt govern these terms and conditions. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce our rights in a particular case does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
